[The Near Future.]

Short, simple, and pretty quirky.
The bizarre sound effect and minimalist style work well within this little short, good work guy.

Not really that thought provoking, you could have tried to enunciate on why the church was bad and brain washing people. Basically propaganda; black and white, you're an american assumably, shouldn't you be used to the religious? This is not an impressive message.
At least make it light hearted or a satire, or show some kind of fault, this is just 1 dimensional propaganda.

[Hachiko running cycle]

Run cycle ey? It's a fairly decent run cycle but you might want to consider enunciating the knees, run cycles do not look appealing when it's 2 steps try at least 4 or 5 frames were the character bends his knees. Besides motion concerns, you at least have a good style down the character looks well drawn.
Maybe next time you can convert these little test into gif files if you do not wish to use the forums but this is the wrong place to submit a fairly decent run cycle of some anthropomorphic corgi ninja.

A parody that was actual more subtle than most, that's unusual.
You must be the first person of this entire year to actually have made a good parody that made it on front page.
Brilliant little gag, and it didn't require any stupid memes at all, I congratulate you.

The animation was fairly good, but besides that the parody seem to be pretty generic,
it really doesn't make it any funnier with a troll face you know. The only real part that was possibly could have been funny was that the scooter was slow.
Not very inspired were we?

a good number of the jokes were fairly miss, but I've got to tell you, the second skit with the face yanking off was very funny and clever, but unfortunately most of the jokes were fairly similar to each other.

[Epexsus Episode 1]

It was good, not quite a fan of anime style though, it's quite over used. But you did manage to make some relatively decent animation, though you could work a little more on mixing the tweens, with the frame by frame, it was noticeable in a few places and made it a bit inconsistent, animation wise.

The character design was fairly minimum, the alternate take on the anime style was nice, but you could work on differentiating. The old guy seemed to not have a single wrinkle on his face. Also if it's a more realistic/surreal style, you may want to consider varietising the character's anatamy.
like give some more narrow jaws, broader shoulders, or different shaped eyes.

The open monologue was alright, but it could have been a bit shorter, and appear in small segments spread out through the series, that way you could reveal the world slowly, while giving the chance for the viewer a chance to infer some of the world themselves.
The characters were fairly decent, though they really didn't seem to have much going for them.

The voice actors could use a little work, they sounded a bit similar, possibly try going for different age groups, and accents with in your voice acting team, as this may help differ characters' voices.
though you might want to look more in looking at a persons nationality sometimes, rather than there accent, as there are many people who have similar accent but often their voices may vary, like say Vincent Price, he did not sound like the typical american.

anyway fairly good, your pillow shots were good but you may want to watch out on using image files withing your scenes as some of the pixelation was visible

Just because you intentionally made it corny and cheesy
(to the degree that I would probaly die of lactose intolerance poisoning, if I was lactose intolerant.)
does not give you an excuse to not try, I myself think you happen to have a pretty fair sense of humor, from what I can tell when disregarding this video.

[Sonic VS Quote]

Seems to be very inspired by those dragon ball mario movie, right?
The fighting choreography was certainly better in my opinion, more down to earth.
But I was a bit confused why you mary sued the blue Kirby thing, so much it made the fight, feel rather imbalanced. I was also confused with the character Quote,I never understood how original characters can be completely... original, if they're a spin-off of some already existing franchise, I'm not quite sure it would be an original character, more likely a fan character, ey?
Anyway it was fairly decent, the fight no, it was a little one sided, but still enjoyable. I personally was expecting Quote from CaveStory.
